Founded in 1990, Meridian Associates, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary firm providing civil engineering, land surveying, 3D laser scanning, aerial and mobile LiDAR and landscape architecture services. We support land planning, site development, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects across more than 250 communities in Massachusetts and throughout New England.
In 2016, Meridian became a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Our ownership culture fosters accountability, collaboration, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional value for our clients.
