The Kelly Automotive Group dealership in Danvers is the largest Volkswagen dealership in North America spanning five acres including a new 32,000-square-foot storeroom with outside storage, parking for 400 vehicles, and a roof-mounted 1KW wind turbine.

Kelly Automotive’s initiative to reduce its carbon footprint prompted the Town of Danvers to develop new zoning bylaws for wind turbine installation. During construction of the new dealership, Meridian provided site design and construction services for utilities, parking, handicap accessibility, and landscape design associated with regulatory compliance and land use permits.
