Endicott College | Life Sciences & Business Building

Beverly, Massachusetts

Located at the heart of the Endicott College campus, this 67,000 square foot academic building serves as the epicenter of the school's science and business programs, housing the Judge Science Center, the Gerrish School of Business, and the Angle Center for Entrepreneurship. Designed to bridge the two disciplines, the building includes team-building labs, multimedia office and classroom spaces, a STEM incubator lab, a robotics lab, and a 160-seat lecture hall.

This design-built academic/laboratory facility was led by Windover Construction. Endicott College retained Meridian Associates to lead the site design and conservation permitting process, and we were also the surveyor of record for the complex. Our work included designing the site drainage and stormwater management features, which included a rain garden with extensive native plantings, and a subsurface infiltration system that seamlessly integrated with the campus landscape. Our work also included site layout, a materials plan, and a grading plan.
