Meridian partnered with Dynamic Energy to permit a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic array on a 45-acre development for nearly 20,000 (360 watt) panels in West Brookfield. Site engineering services, collaboration with abutters to gather input on the development, and management of the permitting process with regulatory boards was necessary to secure approval for the site.

The site design required proper location and spacing on the north facing slope of a former gravel pit transforming it into a meadow habitat. The project has a total capacity of approximately 4.5 MW AC.
