Donald E. Bowen Jr, PLS, Principal
Mr. Bowen has 20 years experience and has completed numerous boundary surveys of public and private lands,
served as an expert witness and prepared surveys for land court registration. He has consulted on projects associated with
municipal, commercial, industrial and residential land use issues and regulatory permitting processes. As principal, Mr. Bowen
also contributes his diversified business experience and focus on the management of design professionals within the firm to
accomplish the service objectives to exceed our clients' expectations.

Richard E. Waitt Jr., PE, Principal
Mr. Waitt has 20 years of experience in site civil engineering including, private development,
construction layout, specifications, municipal projects and has also served as an expert witness. In addition
to business development his experience has been utilized on residential, commercial, and municipal land use
development projects. As principal, Mr. Waitt is responsible for the oversight of the management team for
site civil design and permitting of land development projects to further the objectives and exceed the
expectations of our clients.

Gregory B. Lawes, Principal
Mr. Lawes is an industry-recognized leader in the field of data capture and modeling using laser-scanning technology. He joins Meridian after spending 20-plus years with an international, multi-discipline engineering and construction firm where he was most recently manager of their Laser Scanning Services group. Mr. Lawes' primary focus is the continued growth of Meridian's Laser Scanning Services in the industrial plant, government services, civil and infrastructure markets. He is responsible for developing, implementing and managing laser scanning and industrial survey technologies, and the oversight of scanning service projects. His diverse background began in Industrial Plant Design; specializations have been in Computer Visualization, Virtual Reality Simulation, 3D Modeling and design animation.

Stephen J. O'Neill, PE, Senior Vice President
Mr. O'Neill has extensive experience in the consulting engineering industry, largely focused on
public infrastructure and facilities. Joining Meridian after spending the past 20-plus years
with a regional multi-discipline engineering firm where he was most recently deputy manager
of the firm's Transportation/Civil Division, Mr. O'Neill's primary focus is Meridian's
continued growth as a provider of quality professional engineering, landscape architecture,
and land surveying services to the public sector. Mr. O'Neill is well versed in the management,
planning, design, permitting, and construction of public infrastructure improvements including
roadways, sidewalks, streetscape, traffic signals, utility systems, parks and recreational
facilities, parking facilities, and site development, buildings, and building systems.
He is particularly skilled in managing the unique requirements of as-needed service contracts
that demand diverse, prompt, and responsive attention to concurrent assignments.

Charles E. Wear, PE, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Wear has 25 years of experience in the fields of site civil engineering and land surveying.
He has worked on residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and municipal projects throughout the
Eastern United States. Mr. Wear has handled all aspects of the site civil engineering process including
utility design, site layout, design of septic systems, grading design drainage analysis, inspections,
construction and consultations, and permitting for many local, state and federal agencies. As a senior
project manager, Mr. Wear manages the activities of staff and sub-consultants, and facilitates the approval
and construction process to accomplish the project objectives.

Michael J. Juliano, PE, PLS, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Juliano has 20 years experience in civil engineering, land surveying, and construction management
including private development, municipal projects and expert witness testimony. He has extensive experience in
Stormwater Best Management Practice, street drainage design, pumping systems, and the design of water quality
structures. His experience has been provided on projects throughout the Eastern United States. As principal,
Mr. Juliano is responsible for quality control and is a technical advisor to the design professionals within the firm.

Kevin E. Danahy, PLS, Senior Project Surveyor
Mr. Danahy has 15 years experience in all facets of land surveying, including numerous boundary
surveys, land title surveys, land registration surveys and record conditions surveys for both private and
public lands. As survey manager, Mr. Danahy focuses on the operation and management of the firm's
land-surveying department to ensure the highest quality product on a daily basis.

Mark E. Beaudry, PE, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Beaudry has 20 years of experience in the civil engineering profession. He is responsible for
the management, site/civil design and permitting of multidiscipline land development and infrastructure
improvement projects for private sector and municipal clients. He has extensive professional experience
with various projects ranging in size from residential disposal systems to a 950,000 square-foot R&D
facility that included two miles of roadway, 3,600 parking spaces and extensive drainage and utility systems.
As a senior project manager in the Westborough office, Mr. Beaudry works closely with the land
development staff to ensure quality construction projects.

Jonathan Markey, PE, Senior Project Manager
Jonathan Markey, P.E. comes to Meridian with 8 years of Civil Engineering experience with a specialty in Stormwater Drainage. He received his degree from UMASS Lowell. Mr. Markey is also a Licensed Soil Evaluator and is a certified Title V Inspector. His Construction Supervisor license is currently pending. Mr. Markey's experience in designing large septic systems and the layout and design of residential and commercial subdivisions is a welcome asset to the company.

Jeffrey O. Richards, RLA, Senior Landscape Architect
Mr. Richards adds a wealth of land planning, design, and construction experience, having worked as a town planner, landscape architect, builder, and community advocate. He has 20 years of professional experience with various size land development projects from intimate private gardens, to open space subdivisions and retirement communities, to multi-town bike paths. Mr. Richards has assisted municipal clients in crafting zoning to encourage desirable land uses, such as senior housing, transit oriented villages, and smart growth. Jeff collaborates effectively in multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, attorneys, environmental specialists and other related consultants. As Senior Landscape Architect, Mr. Richards works to integrate all aspects of each project to insure optimal quality for our clients.
