Ironwood on the Green at Ferncroft is a 204 unit luxury residential development overlooking the Ferncroft Golf Course in Middleton, Massachusetts. The project included the construction of 2 eight story high-rise buildings with a club house, pool facilities and a parking garage.

Meridian Associates oversaw the site design and permitting of the project, as well as providing construction support and documentation for financing. Permits obtained included: the Department of Environmental Protection, sewer connection permit and site plan approval from the Middleton Zoning Board of Appeals.
